1. Overnight Fasting Rules
For Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Sugar, Fasting Insulin, and Full Body Packages, fast for 8 to 12 hours overnight. Do not consume tea, coffee, milk, or snacks. Plain water is encouraged to keep veins hydrated.
2. Morning Hormone & Iron Timing
Hormones such as Serum Cortisol, Testosterone, Prolactin, TSH, and Serum Iron naturally fluctuate throughout the day. Providing your blood sample between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM ensures the most accurate baseline reading.
3. Urine NAAT & Allergy Prep
For STD Urine PCR/NAAT, collect the first 15–20 ml of urine (first-catch) after holding urine for at least 1–2 hours. For on-site Skin Prick Allergy Tests, consult your doctor about pausing antihistamines 3–5 days prior.

How Home Blood Collection Works
Book online or call our desk one day prior (or before 9:00 AM for same-day morning visits). Our phlebotomist arrives between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Sun–Fri) with single-use sterile vacutainers, barcoded tubes, and insulated cold-chain carriers to preserve sample stability during transit.

When Reports Are Available
Morning home collection samples for routine hematology, biochemistry, and hormone profiles are typically reported the same evening. Afternoon pickups or molecular PCR tests are released the same evening or next working day via WhatsApp or Email PDF.

Reliable pathology requires both calibrated instruments and strict quality protocols. Our laboratory pairs barcoded sample tubes with a bidirectional Laboratory Information System (LIS), transferring analyzer readings directly into the reporting software to prevent manual transcription errors.
Laboratory operations, daily internal Quality Control (QC) calibrations, and microbiological/pathology validations are supervised by Dr. Manisha Sharma (BDS, MD Microbiology, NMC Reg. No. 8419, Lab Director) in compliance with NPHL Category 'A' standards.
Clinical Notice: Laboratory findings support—rather than replace—clinical diagnosis by a physician. Specialist consultations are available in the same building at Derma Clinic.
